BRIDGEWATER-NORTH BAY VILLAGE-REVIEW
The Bridgewater condo is located in the hot new area of North Bay Village. The building is 21 stories with 118 units. The Bridgewater was completed in early 2007. It has a good location on the 79th causeway, which is the one that conects Miami Beach to Biscayne, so is 5 min to the Beach and 15 min to Downtown, the Bridgewater is one of the nicest places to live in North Bay Village, the Associattion takes some time and they are extremely attentive to accuracy and detail for the screening process, the manteinance is good, there isn't many units per floor, and each unit has a laundry room, new kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliance,Designer bathroom fixtures ,Marble bathroom vanity tops,Hurricane impact resistant glass ,Units are Pre-wired for cable TV included in manteinance so renters don't have to pay for cable as well as internet.
The condos are large from 1300 sqft up to 1800 sqft, with amazing views of the bay, or Downtown Miami depending on the line, the atmosphere is quite and it has a feeling of somehow private.THE PROS: swimming pool overlooking the bay with BBQ area, attended lobby 24hs, 2 parking spaces per unit. HANDICAP AND STROLLER ACCESS very accesible, RECYCLING BINS
THE CONS: some of the units have a very small closet on the second bedroomOverall is one of the nicest places to live close to Miami Beach in the quiet area of North Bay Village
